Refund, Returns, and Delivery Policy

Returning Non-Defective Items

We will accept returns for non-defective items purchased from our store for 30 days after you have received your order. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, unless the item is defective and not functioning properly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returning Defective or Damaged items

We will accept warranty returns for items that are defective or damaged for 90 days after receiving your order. If you are unsure whether an item is defective, please open a ticket for support.

We will either send you a return label, or refund the cost that you paid to ship the item back to us.

Once your defective return is received, we will either replace the item with the same or similar item, repair the defective item, or refund you the purchase price. If the item is replaced or repaired, we will pay for shipping back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed on the same day, or shortly after returns are received. It may take up to 5 days for the refund to post to your account. It may take longer if the refund initiated before a weekend or holiday.

If it’s been more than 5 days since the item was received by us, please contact your credit card company or bank to make sure a refund is currently processing.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Delivery Policy

Sometimes orders take longer than expected to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances. If tracking shows no updates for more than 30 days without delivery, we will refund your purchase price, including shipping costs.

If your order shows as delivered via tracking, but you haven’t received the item, it is your responsibility to contact your local delivery service to try and locate the package. If your order is subsequently returned to us due to a shipping error, we will refund your purchase price, including shipping, or re-ship your order. Any upgrades in shipping must be paid by the customer.

Paying import duties or VAT is the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned because an import duty was not paid, we will refund the purchase price, NOT including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed when the order is received back to us.
